In this role, you will use the latest versions of Laravel and PHP as the main backend languages, combined with a MySQL database, and rely on AWS infrastructure to develop and maintain high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for both developing new features and modularizing existing features to support the transition to a Vue.js-based frontend-backend separation architecture. Additionally, you will participate in establishing more comprehensive DevOps processes and integrating AI applications into daily development operations.

【Responsibilities】
1. Lead the development and maintenance of projects, ensuring solutions are robust and scalable to drive business growth.
2. Design and develop high-performance web applications using Laravel, focusing on code quality and best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners (PO), UX, and UI, to deliver solutions that enhance user experience.
4. Ensure project timelines and quality, delivering clean, well-documented, and maintainable code on schedule.
5. Share technical expertise and best practices with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
6. Implement DevOps practices to improve operational processes and enhance development efficiency.

【Skills and Qualifications】
1. In-depth understanding of PHP's limitations and effective solutions.
2. Extensive experience with the Laravel framework (version 10+).
3. Proficient in building RESTful APIs.
4. Familiar with Git and other version control tools.
5. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative spirit.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.
【Bonus Points】
1. Experience in modernizing large projects.
2. Experience with modular architecture and package development.
3. Skilled in writing clear and maintainable technical documentation.
4. Expertise in database design and optimization, especially with MySQL.
5. Knowledge of DevOps practices.
6. Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS and Cloudflare.
7. Understanding of web application security best practices.
