【Job Summary】 The BD Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and leading the sales and consulting team. This role involves understanding client HR needs, delivering effective solutions, and managing team performance to maximize efficiency and results. 【Key Responsibilities】 Sales and Business Development: • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients in the target market. • Understand client business challenges and provide tailored HR solutions (e.g., organizational development, training, performance management). • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met. • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to refine sales tactics. • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to build brand awareness and generate new business leads. Client Relationship Management: • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional responses. • Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance project management processes. Team Management: • Lead and mentor the sales and consulting team to meet individual and team objectives. • Evaluate team performance, providing ongoing training and development to improve skills and achieve higher results. • Manage resources and project timelines effectively to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables. Marketing and Branding: • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive service awareness and client engagement. • Promote the company's services both online and offline through various marketing channels. 【Required】 • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the HR Consulting industry). • Proven track record of client acquisition and achieving sales targets. • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver results-oriented performance. • Experience in managing teams or projects. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing client needs. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 【Preferred】 • Knowledge or experience in HR consulting, recruitment, training, or organizational development. • Ability to interact with senior management and strong presentation skills. • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
