Job Requirements: (1 year contract)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong interest in the luxury retail industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Occasional travel within Taiwan may be required

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to office and store operations
- Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, and prepare user requirement specifications aligned with business needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and different departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance
- Offer hardware and software support services to PC/Mac/Mobile users, including troubleshooting and assistance with applications like MS Office, Android, iOS, Zoom, etc.
- Install and upgrade software and hardware for users
- Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring equipment life cycle is properly administered
