About The Role:

Reporting to the Product Leader. Specific work streams may include:

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Propose Product Roadmap with MVP and iteration approach best fitting the company’s fast growth culture
  • Write PRD with User Stories and technical requirements for engineering team to implement
  • Prioritize product and feature requests with suitable frameworks / best practice and provide transparency to stakeholders
  • Communicate closely with customer service, operation, marketing, and sales teams with our product offerings, making sure every team understands how to use, sell and promote the products
  • Tidy up and clearly define existing product lines and evaluate product definition and positioning from time to time to keep always up to market needs
  • Main focus for now will be Express Delivery service product lines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3-5 years of working experience as a product manager or digital product related roles
  • Experience establishing a product development process and documentation
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management and communications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, uncertain environment, humble and grounded
  • Data sensitive, familiar working with numbers and tech system and tools to help make decision
  • Ability to balance time to market, engineering resources, customer satisfaction and stakeholder expectation
  • Knowledge in logistic industry is a plus
