Community Engagement and Interaction:• Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.• Proactively identify and interact with relevant accounts, brands, and users, building relationships that can lead to the creation of UGCs, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.• Initiate and participate in trending conversations to maintain brand visibility and relevance.• Collect and analyze user feedback and recurring issues, providing actionable insights to guide product development and customer service.
