Finance Specialist
Job Responsibilities: 1. Accounting Management: Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. 2. Financial Management: Handle general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, tax matters, and employee payments. 3. HR Management: Manage employee onboarding, resignation, attendance, and handle matters related to labor insurance, health insurance, and pension plans. 4. Stock Affairs Management: Assist with the meeting, process shareholder information updates, and handle related tasks. 5. Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and update company documents and records. 6. Other Tasks: Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors. Skills and Background We Are Looking For: 1. Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English. 2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3. Over 2 years of experience in financial accounting or related fields. 4.
