Lead code architecture discussions to ensure best practices are followed and maintainable solutions are implemented. 3. Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement AI models and algorithms, ensuring effective integration into applications and optimizing performance. 4. Conduct AI model performance testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability on applications. 5. Participate in team code reviews to uphold quality standards and mentor junior developers on code ethics. 6. Troubleshoot and collaborate with QA engineers to debug applications to ensure optimal performance. 7. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Python and AI. 8. Requirements： 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields 2. Minimum 3 years of solid experience in backend development on large-scale mission critical system applications 3. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices 4. Exposure to microservice architecture and RESTful API development 5. Solid experience in least one of the following languages: Python, Golang 6. Proficient with persistent database storage (ex. SQL or NoSQL) 7. Familiarity with Elasticsearch for data indexing and search functionalities preferred 8. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (ex. AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization solutions (ex. Docker, Kubernetes) preferred 9. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Action) with hands-on 10. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin 11. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Software Engineer-2024-09-17
