• Senior management and leadership position in Taiwan reporting into US VP of Software Engineering, to head up local software engineering teams, to engineer, innovate, and deliver our industry-leading  Technical product lines.

• Develop, hire, and lead the local software teams’ growth in capacity and competence, and drive towards concurrent collaboration and delivery as an integrated unit with the US HQ Software teams

• Preach and practice software engineering concepts and knowledge with fundamentally sound and in-depth skills

• Manage with experiences in both people as well as technology in small- to-medium sized teams in a high-growth and dynamic environment

• Motivate direct reports and influence and drive others with energetic and infectious leadership style

• Exuberate leadership abilities, including ownership, agility, and drive with customer focus and quality-of-results mindset

• 15 years of diverse experiences in the Semiconductor industry with minimum 5 years of managing a large-scale software project with 25+ people
