• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with trading systems.

• Used to work in an Agile environment.

▍Requirements

• Complex, Multithreaded Development Experience (Java / C# / Go).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in (Java / C# / Go) development.
• Strong OO design principles and design patterns (e.g. S.O.L.I.D).
• Knowledge of protocols (RESTful, WebSocket, gRPC...etc).
• Experience within latency dependant environments (Microsecond).
• Passion for technology innovation and engineering best practice.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree qualified in a relevant engineering field such as Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Development.
• Experience with high performance trading systems (ideal, not mandatory).

▍Good to have

• Experience programming using low-latency techniques.
• Multi-threaded/concurrency programming with lock-free algorithms.
• Exposure to cloud technologies or trading platforms.
• Strong foundation in Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience in setting up and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• 1+ years experience with Go.
