We are looking for a Senior UIUX Designer to create innovative B2B products and services that help our customer to manage their sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quickly understand user goals and needs, business requirements, and sustainability related knowledge. 2. Articulate reasonable design strategy and develop the end-to-end user experience. 3. Design low-fidelity / high-fidelity wireframes or prototypes, and deliver high-fidelity UI designs for development . 4. Conduct simple user research to validate design concept and usability. 5. Work with UX design team members to establish standards include design systems, components, design guidelines. 6. 1. At least 3 years of experience in software user interface design, preferably for web, desktop, and B2B products. 2. Excellent interpersonal and project management skills. 3.
