【Who we are looking for】 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. Demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp and master complex software products and solutions. 3. Proven experience in creating documentation and procedure manuals for diverse audiences. 4. Exceptional skills in technical writing, translation, proofreading, and editing, primarily in English, with a meticulous attention to detail. 5. Prior experience as a copywriter or technical writer is preferred. 6. Strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C SaaS product concepts is highly desirable. 7. Experience in Product Marketing is advantageous. 8. Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Zendesk is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting meticulously detailed and merchant-friendly instruction manuals, educational handbooks, and FAQ materials that revolve around our diverse range of innovative SHOPLINE products and solutions. 1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of SHOPLINE products and solutions, translating intricate information into clear, polished, and compelling content. 2. Craft user-centric product documentation tailored to the needs of SHOPLINE merchants and target audiences. 3. Assess existing content through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and devise innovative strategies for enhancement. 4. Adhere to SHOPLINE's content style guide to ensure consistency and coherence. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Management, UX Design, and Merchant Success, to establish and refine best practices. 6.
