主要職責： 應用與服務管理：對投資管理系統、資金會計系統等營運應用進行日常應用管理，負責系統穩定性並維護與業務端的關係。 • 收集業務使用者的需求並對業務使用者的需求進行深入分析，並確保對業務流程的各個方面進行評估。 • 與供應商合作開發並向使用者提出最適合的解決方案。準備功能規格以供簽核。 • 時程規劃並確保在規定的時間範圍內實現可交付成果。 • 協調內部團隊準備測試環境。 • 與供應商協調並提供UAT 支援。 • 進行使用者訓練，包括訓練素材及資源的準備整合。 • 進行上線準備和生產部署。 • 調查並通報危害和潛在風險事件。 供應商管理： • 與供應商聯絡並管理日常運營，並隨時了解任何可能對業務有利的新功能/特性。 • 與供應商合作，成為支援內部使用者的第一線，包括需求管理、問題追蹤、系統日誌追蹤 • 協助供應商資源管理和需求優先順序。 • 管理供應商定期提供系統SOP文件和原始碼更新。 專案管理： • 負責專案的規劃和執行，與不同團隊溝通，協調每個請求和問題，並提供最合適的解決方案。 • 監控和控制資源、時間表、預算並管理所有專案利害關係人的期望。 Major responsibility : Application and Service Management: Carries out day-to-day application management of the operation applications, such as Investment Management system and Fund Accounting system , Responsible for system stability and maintain relationship with business. As a Business Analysis role: • Gather requirements from business users and conduct in-depth analysis of business users’ requirements and ensuring all aspects of business processes are evaluated. • Work with vendor to develop and propose best fit solutions to users. Prepare functional specification for sign off. • Plan respective milestones and ensure that deliverables are met within stipulated timeframes. • Monitor the progress of development and resolve any issues occurred. • Coordinate internal team to prepare testing environment. • Coordinate with vendor and provide UAT support. • Conduct users training, including preparation and consolidation of materials and resources. • Conduct go live preparation and production deployment. • Investigates and reports on hazards and potential risk events. Vendor Management: • Liaise with & manage vendors on daily operations and keep up to date of any new functions/features potentially beneficial to the business. • Work with Vendor to be the 1st line to support internal users including the requirement management, issues tracking, system log tracing • Assist Vendor resource management and requirement prioritization. • Management Vendor to provide the System SOP Doc and source code update by regular. Project Management: • Take responsibility for planning and execution of the project communicating with different teams, coordinate every requests and issues and provide best fit solutions. • Monitor and control resources, timeline, budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.公司地址:

Technical & Functional skills needs: • 5年以上投資管理及基金會計相關經驗，具備產業知識。 • 5年以上商業分析工作經驗，並具備紮實的SDLC、專案管理經驗。 • 5年以上相關經驗，金融機構工作經驗優先，對資產管理業務有深入了解者優先。 • 英語流利者優先。 • 精通MS SQL Server資料庫 • 5+ years of Investment Management and Fund accounting know how experience. • 5+ years of working experience as business analyst, and have solid SDLC, project management experience. • 5+ years relevant experience, preferably with a financial institution, good understanding of asset management business is a plus. • Fluent in English is a plus. • Proficient in MS SQL Server database (be able to scripting)-2024-09-17
