工作內容：
1. 熟悉CI/CD自動化運維之解決方案(Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Ansible, Terraform )
2. 熟悉基於雲端服務(Aliyun/AWS/GCP)之雲端解決方案
3. 熟悉任一版本之Linux(Centos, Ubuntu, SUSE...etc)之系統管理、調校管理
4. 熟悉容器相關的平台操作（docker-compose, Kubernetes)
5. 具備基礎 Script 開發維護能力 (ex: Shell Script、Python、Go)
6. 具有大型網站服務之高可用性架構規劃、建置、維護經驗者佳。
7. 具有DevOps CI/CD實際導入經驗者佳。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with CI/CD automation operations solutions (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform).

2. Proficient in cloud-based solutions (Aliyun, AWS, GCP).

3. Experience with managing and tuning Linux systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE, etc.).

4. Proficient in container-related platform operations (Docker Compose, Kubernetes).

5. Basic scripting and development/maintenance skills (e.g., Shell Script, Python, Go).

6. Experience in high-availability architecture planning, construction, and maintenance for large-scale web services is preferred.

7. Practical experience in implementing DevOps CI/CD processes is a plus.

3.硬性要求：熟悉計算機網絡知識與 TCP/IP 協議棧，能夠利用常見的網絡故障分析工具和方法分析網絡故障
4.4年以上 Linux 運維經驗，熟悉 Linux 系統、網絡、存儲、安全、IO 的問題排查、性能問題分析方法和工具
5.有實際的運維經驗，能獨立完成各種服務的打包編排上線更新等
6.精通至少一門腳本語言, Shell、Python 等腳本語言實現配置腳本功能，可以編寫自動化運維工具
7.熟悉 Helm/Rancher/Ansible 等容器編排工具及管理平台，有大型分布式系统運維經驗的優先
8.熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK 等監控（服務健康監控，資源監控，日誌監控等）自動化配置，能夠快速實現監控的覆蓋和故障告警通知
9.熟悉常用的數據庫、中間件（如：RDS/ES/Postgresql/MQ/Redis/Kafka 等）；
10.具有較強的動手實踐能力、良好的溝通、團隊協作精神，具備一定的抗壓能力，善於應對來自工作上的各種壓力，能在壓力下獨立解決問題。

Job Requirements:

1. Proactive and motivated with a strong drive to improve in the role.

2. Mandatory Requirement: Proficiency in the basic working principles of Kubernetes clusters and related key plugins for AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or Huawei. Ability to independently manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot common container cluster failures.

3. Mandatory Requirement: Familiarity with computer networking knowledge and the TCP/IP protocol stack. Ability to use common network troubleshooting tools and methods to analyze network issues.

4. Over 4 years of experience in Linux operations and maintenance, with a solid understanding of Linux systems, network, storage, security, and I/O troubleshooting. Skilled in performance problem analysis methods and tools.

5. Practical experience in operations and maintenance, capable of independently handling service packaging, orchestration, and deployment updates.

6. Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Python) for automating operational tasks and writing automation tools.

7. Familiarity with container orchestration tools and management platforms such as Helm, Rancher, and Ansible. Experience with large distributed system operations is a plus.

8. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for service health, resource, and log monitoring automation configuration. Ability to quickly implement monitoring coverage and fault alert notifications.

9. Familiar with commonly used databases and middleware (e.g., RDS, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, MQ, Redis, Kafka, etc.).

10. Strong hands-on practical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, resilience under pressure, and the ability to handle various work-related stressors. Capable of solving problems independently under pressure.
