Middle/Senior Mobile Engineer ( Flutter ) （每月有遠端日）
薪資範圍:70,000 ~ 120,000 TWD / month
Job Responsibilities：
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain BitoGroup products using the Flutter framework.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to drive software development iterations.
3. Write tests to ensure code quality and product stability.
4. Continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance development efficiency and deployment processes.
5. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and architectural consistency.
Requirements：
1. 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience, with a understanding of Android/iOS native environments and experience in building production-level applications.
2. Skilled in Dart and the Flutter framework, capable of designing and implementing complex UI widgets, animations, and understanding lifecycle management and asynchronous operations.
3. Strong knowledge of Flutter performance optimization, with the ability to enhance rendering performance and reduce unnecessary re-renders through well-structured code.
4. Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., GetX, Riverpod, Bloc) and the ability to apply them effectively to improve development efficiency.
5. Experience in integrating and utilizing third-party services (e.g., Firebase, AWS Amplify) and the ability to develop and debug platform plugins.
6. Strong team collaboration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
- Experience in developing financial-related applications.
- Experience in building products from 0 to 1.
