請至:https://jrg.avature.net/en_US/careers/JobDetail/Pizzahut-EC-Manager/1706 投遞履歷, 我們會以這邊收到的履歷為主 Position Summary: The PH e-Commerce Manager is in charge of developing/implementing PH Taiwan Online Ordering Sales strategy/Plan (Pizza Hut and Mebox) and leading the team thru working with cross-function to drive company online sales. 【Strategy and Sales】 ◆ Develop total PH Taiwan Online Ordering Sales strategy (Pizzahut and MeBox), calendar and campaigns to grow company online sales with focused on owned channel; Manage both paid and non-paid channel by improving the content and conversion rate thru working with agency and cross-function. ◆ Devise Performance strategies with agency and utilizing a range of techniques including SEM/SEO to drive online traffic with reasonable ROAS. ◆ Develop plan to Grow online Customer base and online sales thru relevant projects. ◆ Manage the ordering site to ensure the good ordering experience to grow CV% thru working with technical team to improve UIUX. ◆ Reviewing new technologies and best market practice and keep the team at the forefront of developments and propose the applicable ideas into practice. ◆ Analyzing online ordering campaign performance. Providing analytic reports of online ordering performance statistics, adjusting the online ordering plan as needed to ensure the annual sales goal is met. 【Communication and Sharing】 ◆ On an ongoing basis, communicates EC plans, results, and learning to management team, Yum regional and cross function. ◆ Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of Online ordering initiatives 【People Training and Development】 ◆ Leading and supervising EC team ◆ Facilitates the growth of team member by ongoing coaching and support in identifying their development opportunities and internal/external training resources and courses 【Agency】 ◆ Leading agency to deliver quality performance ◆ Establishing a productive environment of partnership that encourages exchange of ideas and innovation 【Administration】 ◆ Responsibility for planning and budgetary control ◆ Ensuring that all advertising and promotion materials follow the appropriate legal and partner approval protocols.

【Minimum education requirement】 ◆ Bachelor degree required. 【Relevant experience and minimum years required】 ◆ A minimum of 8 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience. Digital Agency is welcomed. ◆ Expertise in the EC fields and EC platform management with the below experience: - digital campaign planning/implementation (context/content driven). - developing/managing paid/earned/owned channel strategy/implementation plan. - performance marketing with conversion rate improvement to drive ROAS. - managing/optimizing web ordering platform to improve CV% ◆ Experience managing a budget 【Basic skills requirements/Competence Requirements】 ◆ Familiar with and analysis and Martech tools (GA4, PowerBI, Marketing automation, etc.) ◆ Demonstrated the ability of Sales-driven, Data-driven. ◆ Good project management, organizational, and analytical skills ◆ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others. ◆ Capable of managing and maintaining good relationships both internally and externally. ◆ Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well. ◆ Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues. ◆ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as formal presentation capabilities. ◆ Willing to develop people within the team ◆ Good English verbal and written skills.-2024-09-17
