主要職責：

- Develop and execute the company's technical vision and roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Lead system architecture design to ensure high performance, availability, and security.
- Solve complex challenges in blockchain technology, such as consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized storage.
- Create development plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.

- 制定並執行公司的技術願景與發展路線，支持業務目標。
- 主導系統架構設計，確保高性能、高可用性與安全性。
- 解決區塊鏈技術中的複雜問題（如共識機制、智能合約、去中心化存儲）。
- 制定開發計畫、分配資源，並監控專案進度。

  • Familiarity with blockchain or related industries.
  • Graduates from relevant fields are preferred.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
