About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in the crypto industry and expertise in customizing solutions for enterprise clients and licensed entities. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development (BD) and Account Management (AM) teams to define standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive process improvements, ensuring seamless execution of B2B product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise product customization, ensuring tailored solutions that align with client needs.
• Collaborate with BD and AM teams to establish and optimize SOPs and workflows.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to define product roadmaps and feature development.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to execute product strategies.
  
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge in B2B crypto solutions.
• Define and track key product KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in B2B solutions.
• Strong crypto industry experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise-level product development.
• Deep understanding of white-label solutions and customization for licensed entities.
• Proven experience collaborating with BD/AM teams to develop SOPs and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading platforms, DeFi, or blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for crypto businesses.
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
