【Responsibilities】

  • Collaborate with technical teams to advise on the selection of development companies based on system proposals received from multiple firms during new system development.
  • Review requirement definitions and various design documents provided by development companies from a non-functional perspective, and provide feedback in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Address issues such as site stabilization, performance optimization, and cost reduction by working with technical teams and development vendors. Propose improvement measures from an infrastructure perspective as well.


【Required Skills】

  • Experience in maintenance and operation of open systems.
  • Management skills for OS and middleware (e.g., parameter tuning, troubleshooting, performance analysis, etc.).
  • Experience in developing and operating systems using public cloud services.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Mindset 

  • Experience in upstream processes (e.g., requirements definition) during system development.
  • Experience as a project manager.
  • Experience in performance measurement, database tuning, etc.
  • Leadership experience in projects or teams.

Language:

Fluent in either English or Japanese
