The Presales work closely with sales, service, product development, and technical support resources to ensure proposed products/solutions that meet customer needs. 1. Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling products/services demonstrations 2. Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements 3. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s 4. Working closely with Sales to provide technical support to ensure successful closure of the sales process 5. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements 6. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes 1. 負責了解客戶需求及市場開發資訊。 2. 分析市場競爭趨勢與資訊蒐集判斷, 深切瞭解產品/服務在市場所處定位。 3. 對客戶進行產品簡報及產品demo、產品問題答覆。 4. 於售前階段進行客戶需求訪談, 以制定專案需求範圍, 進而製作專案的工作說明書。 5. 提供專案之售前與售後技術支援。 6. 製作產品銷售的Presentation slides。 7. 參與規劃產品功能及藍圖

1. Master's/Bachelor's degree in information technology or information management or information engineering 2. 3+ years in software or solution company as Presales or technical support role 3. Proposal/presentation writing and presentation skills 4. Consultation for solution selling ability, self-learner for new technology or tools for adapting to customer needs 5. Cross-team communication skills, problem-solving ability 6. Teammate personality and ability to work independently 7. English ability 1. 3年以上『軟體公司或SI』Presales或產品規劃經驗尤佳。 2. 有豐富的市場及客戶需求調研及數據分析能力。 3. 具備優異的 Pre-Sales 能力,包含應用規劃、提案簡報製作及產品介紹能力。 4. 熟練掌握產品策劃、產品設計、用户研究相關方法。 5. 具備分析思考能力,能透過市場分析給予團隊市場開發與執行建議。-2024-09-17
