Must have
- Data Analysis and Causal Inference: Strong expertise in implementing advanced causal inference methods and designing studies using data analysis, natural experiments, and/or machine learning to gain insights into user behavior.
- Business Impact and Decision Support: Proven ability to uncover data insights that inform product development and drive business growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud data infrastructure, proficiency in Python or R for data exploration, analysis, and hypothesis testing, and excellent data visualization skills to clearly communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver concise, actionable, and accountable data-driven recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience in spam detection
