The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and prototype, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Conduct brainstorming sessions and pitching ideas cross-functionally, involving PM, RD, and executive levels 6. Apply Design Thinking and User-centered design methodology within the team 7. Mentoring and Providing design coaching Requirements 1. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effect, Figma ,Proto Pie or any other prototyping tools 2. 10+ years of solid UX/UI design 3+ years of UX/UI team management 3.
