Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Bitcoin-based applications and services.
- Write and review Bitcoin Script code to ensure functionality and security.
- Implement and stay updated with Bitcoin Improvement Proposals (BIPs), including but not limited to Taproot and Segregated Witness (SegWit).
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement solutions utilizing various Bitcoin transaction types, such as P2PKH, P2SH, P2PK, and Multisig.
- Analyze and understand the operational principles of Bitcoin Mainnet, including UTXO (Unspent Transaction Output) management and OP_Return operations.
- Research and implement Schnorr signatures and other cryptographic techniques to enhance Bitcoin's security and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Base salary plus future token allocation.
- Proficiency in Bitcoin Script and ability to write flexible and secure Script code.
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin Improvement Proposals (BIPs), including recent updates like Taproot and Segregated Witness (SegWit).
- In-depth knowledge of different Bitcoin transaction types, including P2PKH, P2SH, P2PK, and Multisig.
- Familiarity with the operational principles of the Bitcoin Mainnet, including UTXO management and OP_Return functionalities.
- Experience with Schnorr signatures and a solid understanding of their applications within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
