工作內容： 1. 帶領研發部，部門管理，招募，培訓及考核。 2. 根據公司政策及產品部門的規劃，負責產品的功能規劃, 需求分析設計，技術實現和用戶體驗並帶領團隊有效率的完成開發。 3. 負責產品架構設計, 架構開發, 核心模塊碼設計以及程式代碼撰寫。 4. 規劃產品系統架構及設計模塊，並控管產品開發進度。 5. 研發應用軟體新技術與新工具, 持續提升程式代碼質量, 及投入創新技術和解決方案。 6. 支援售前及業務相關工作 7. 協助專案實施團隊完成專案 8. 能配合短期出差 HiTRUST is an AI seamless fraud prevention provider and services including EMV 3D Secure (protects 1.42+Billion credit cards, now), payment gateway services, and eComerce to serve Banks, Merchants and Payment gateway service providers around the world. 1. 十五年以上IT 相關工作經驗 2. 五年以上專案經理或部門主管經驗 3. 熟悉Java相關框架及關聯式資料庫操作與資料結構設計(oracle、db2、sqlserver、mysql)。 4. 熟悉敏捷式開發 (Agile)，具使用Scrum 實務經驗。 5. 精通J2EE核心技術，熟悉Spring、Hibernate等开源框架，熟悉HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript、JQuery、AJAX、RWD等前端技術，熟練使用Tomcat、Websphere、Jboss等應用服務器。 6. 熟悉自動化部署（CI/CD)，容器化部署（Docker, k8s) 7. 熟悉Spring boot，Spring cloud，有過分散式系統開發經驗尤佳。 8. 有金融或支付產業相關經驗-2024-09-17
