Responsibilities

Download, process, clean, and manage real estate and economic data feeds.

Develop and maintain database architecture, server frameworks, security, payment processing, content hosting, and third-party data integrations.

Weekly meetings with the CEO, Managing Director, and Dev Leader.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Proficient with GitHub, cron jobs, and common shell commands (ssh, curl, scp, nohup).
• Working knowledge of PHP, SQL, Linux, Amazon EC2/S3/EFS.
• Fluent in English, capable of discussing technical terms.
• Experience in real estate or real estate finance is a plus.
