This role requires a strong understanding of backend technologies, while also being proficient in front-end development. The engineer should be able to understand the needs of the customer and assist our team in completing product development on time. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python, Flask, and Django. 2. Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. 3. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate back-end functionalities seamlessly. 4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components. 5. Build and maintain APIs, particularly RESTful APIs, and work with JSON data. 6. Lead or facilitate discussions with developers to drive product development. 7. Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security. Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, Back-End Engineer or similar role. 2. Strong proficiency in backend technologies, particularly Python, Flask, Django, and Node.js. 3. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js. 4. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and version control tools like Git. 5. Ability to design and optimize SQL queries and manage database migrations. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus: 1.
