Develop Food Machinery Cleaning process Collaborate with engineers to design and optimize the Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) methods for food machinery. Research and evaluate sanitation risks associated with various scenarios involving food machinery. Explore and research emerging sterilization and antibacterial technologies. 2. Analysis of Raw Materials - Physical, Chemical, and Microbiological Collaborate with external inspection agencies to design, plan, and coordinate physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of samples, contributing to food safety management and monitoring. Operate basic instruments for analyzing the physical and chemical properties of food items (viscometers, densitometers, pH meters, etc.). Develop and categorize types of food materials, researched methods for food preservation and control, and established and maintained a food safety database. 3. Regulatory Compliance Identify, collect, and formulate strategies for domestic and international regulations related to food and food equipment. Prepare, draft, and execute food safety monitoring plans in both English and Chinese. Compile and organize regulatory and experimental report documents. Handle other matters related to food safety.

Preferred Qualifications  Familiar with domestic food sanitation safety regulations and standard for limitation of food additives Familiar with material-related regulations for food machinery and packaging equipment. Experience with cleaning processes related to food production equipment. Experience working in a laboratory setting. Experience in restaurant food sanitation auditing.
