Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) and Office 365, ensuring smooth IT operations.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and improve overall user experience.
• Handle staff onboarding and offboarding, including access control and security integrity.
• Maintain and upgrade IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with vendors for new product evaluation, procurement, and IT service improvements.

5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.

Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies

Solid understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting.

Ability to manage IT service deployment, security assessments, and documentation.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for working with internal teams and vendors.
