Department Overview
Responsible for building Swarm Autonomy solutions to solve the non-standard dilemma in the robotic market. The front-end development team in the Network and Orchestration systems department is mainly responsible for building a fluent and efficient web- based user interface to support the Swarm Autonomy solution can be deployed and operated agilely and concisely.
About Fullstack Engineer Lead
We are hiring a Fullstack Engineer Lead to design, develop, and maintain the web-based user interfaces for deploying and operating our Swarm Core platform. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality solutions.
--Responsibilities--
Technical Leadership:
Guide and mentor the team, ensuring efficient development practices and high-quality deliverables. Promote adherence to best practices such as SOLID principles, The 12-Factor App, and Microservices.
Development:
- Front-End: Build intuitive user interfaces with React.js, MUI, zustand, React Hook Form, TanStack Query, React Flow, and React Konva.
- Back-End: Develop scalable APIs and server-side logic using Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Postgres.
Collaboration:
Work with Product Owners, Product Designers, and engineers to ensure alignment with requirements. Collaborate with other Team Leads for seamless integration across teams.
Code Quality:
Conduct code reviews, refactor for readability and maintainability, and implement unit tests to ensure reliability.

Must to have
- Knowledge of JavaScript ES6 / HTML / CSS3
- Familiar with React.js
Nice to have
- Familiar with the React.js library ecosystem (e.g. React Query, React Router, State management library, React Konva, etc.)
- Experience with jQuery/Bootstrap and the Canvas library (e.g. visNetwork and Fabric.js)
- Experience with the co-working model with UI/UX designer
- Experience with web frontend infra (e.g. bundlers, testing frameworks, CI/CD)
- Experience with backend techniques (e.g. Node.js+express, Python+fastapi)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQLite, Postgres)
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System)
