[Solutions Business] Senior Product Designer
Requirements: Minimum of 5~8 years experience in design, with fluency across web, mobile, and gestural interaction design. Multiple years of experience working with embedded design systems teams, building close relationships with Engineering and other partners to craft innovative design languages and tooling to up-level our company’s product quality. An eye for detail and the ability to get to the root of the problem with a customer-centric lens. Strong execution skills, with experience in modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative, etc. Preferred Qualification: Proficient in creating Figma components, libraries, and templates. Strong communication and collaboration skills, significantly influencing and partnering across many organizational levels. Experience driving product direction autonomously, from planning to delivering business outcomes. We're seeking a self-starter who asks for help when needed. A growth mindset. Define the guidelines and strategies for how our partners will interact and build for KKStream products. Flex your storytelling and collaboration muscles, working as a part of a collaborative team. Facilitate workshops with engineers and product managers to establish project scope and explore potential solutions to identified challenges.
