The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support both product development and quality assurance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
Product Development
- Engage in Agile sprint development and support rapid iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and 3rd-party partners, to ensure successful product launches
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, such as feature specifications
Quality Assurance
- Comprehend product requirements, architecture, and interdependencies
- Identify testing needs, design and execute test plans, and report defects on assigned systems
- Work closely with developers to timely resolve identified issues and bugs
- Monitor and report on the quality and performance of products, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 1 year of related work experience (candidates with more experience will be considered as senior)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for DeFi and a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial derivatives
- Sound understanding of product management and quality assurance principles
- Experience in project management / bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and other DevOps tools (e.g. GitHub)
