• To meet all KPIs, SLA for applications in scope / assigned applications. • Working with the customer and TCS leads and development team to deliver the require the changes/functionality/Bug Fix. • Drive offshore team to meet project targets, KPIs and timeline. • Collaborates with wider IT teams i.e. security, Software Asset Management etc to ensure that enterprise standards are adhered to in the workstreams. • Facilitate communication between various functions in the organization and drive cross-functional synergies. • Works with Scrum team for specific sprints ensuring resolution of IT related impediments and support completion of sprint goals. • Work with all internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs, SLA and deliverables. • Customer facing experience – Excellent / Good communication skills. • Good documentation skills. == Keywords: OOP-C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.Net Core, JQuery, SQL Database

• Bachelors in any engineering, MSC IT, MCA. • Hands on Experience in Microsoft technologies – .Net Core, C#, ASP.Net, React, Microservices, Angular. • Hands on experience in performing changes in coding, database to resolve tickets raised by users. • Good understanding of ticket management tool like ServiceNow. • Hands on Experience in Azure DevOps, Azure Function, Azure Apps. • Demonstrate experience working with web services, APIs using .NET technologies, Security for Web Service and API's. • Knowledge of contract manufacturing domain, ADO, Story creation in ADO. • Probing skills, Strategic Thinking: Understanding of the domain. • Ability to deliver requirements in an agile approach. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Good to have experience in PostGreSQL MSSQL, SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI.-2024-09-17
