Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 TWD * 13 months

| Your Responsibilities

As an Client Success Manager at Intowow, you represent the pinnacle of excellence. Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring client satisfaction, acquisition, retention, and driving business growth.
Acting as the voice of the client, conveying needs and market opportunities to our product team.
Mastering product knowledge and excelling in data analytics to derive actionable insights.
Providing expert advice on complex ad-tech issues for our global media partners.
Navigating technical challenges during pre-sales and onboarding processes with ease.

| Scope of Work

Lead the client acquisition lifecycle, from pre-sales to onboarding and contracting.
Drive client growth and retention through expert product operations and consulting.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to ad operations and product integration.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
Embody a customer-first attitude while maintaining critical thinking.

| Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, fresh graduates are welcome.
Fluent in English (writing, oral presentation, communication). Minimum qualifications: TOEIC 900, IELTS 7.0, TOEFL iBT 100.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from large datasets.
Eager to learn and grow, with a smart and passionate attitude.
Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis.
Basic web application knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).

(Optional) Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/BI tools (Google Looker Studio, Amazon Quicksight, Tableau).
(Optional) Experience with Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdWords.
(Optional) Experience with web debugging tools (Charles, Google Chrome inspector).
