Project: rewards and finance-related

Responsibilities

    • Build a universal data platform, meet real-time/offline computing and storage requirements;
    • Define the data pipeline scheme according to the demand scenarios, and deliver it by multiple methods based on various infrastructure;
    • Enhance the data platform, improve the stability and flexibility of data asset, and optimize the resource efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Big Data, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 3-8 years of experience in data platform/pipeline engineering.
  • Familiarity with Hadoop (must), Spark (must), Flink (must), and Airflow (nice to have), with understanding of their working principles and optimization experience.
  • Knowledge of distributed system principles, computations, and storage.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, Scala, or Java.
  • Strong communication skills, logical thinking, self-motivation, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in offline/real-time data warehousing.
  • Fluent in English.
