<Responsibilities> 1.Lead the treasury team and ensure the company meets all cash needs, including projects and subsidiaries, tracking cash flows of all group companies, defining guidelines, and procedures along with other departments that demand any type of payments. 2. Manage corporate liquidity and maximize returns on the company’s cash balance by defining and executing policies for the company’s financial investments to ensure the best allocation of available cash. 3. Maintain relationships with financial institutions, develop bank facilities, and identify opportunities to utilize bank services. 4.Monitor credit and financial markets, provide analysis for current investment position, track rates on new transactions and support funding decisions. 5.Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results. 6.Maturity in team supervision and talent development. <Qualification> 1. Proficient in English. Experience in Europe or the U.S. is a plus. 2. At least 3 years in a Treasury leadership role. 3. Treasury Operations: Expertise in managing daily treasury activities. 4. Capital Markets Knowledge: Essential for funding, debt management, and capital raising. 5. Cash Management: Proficient in optimizing cash flows and maintaining liquidity. 6. Investment Knowledge: Familiarity with money markets, bonds, equities, derivatives, and investment strategies. 7. Communication: Strong skills to explain financial information clearly to various stakeholders. 8.
