Senior Product Manager
薪資範圍:1,000,000 ~ 1,800,000 TWD / year
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Own the user experience on both MaiCoin and MAX from onboarding to trading.
- Align teams on a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Drive product development with a team of talented engineers and designers
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years experience in product management with a track record of success.
- 3+ years hands-on software/web development experience.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, logical thinking skills.
- Transform abstract problems into concrete, executable tasks.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in developing and managing trading, payment, or compliance products.
- Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
- Expertise in financial trading and other relevant financial services.
- Experience working with external partners to build software services.
- Specialization in SQL and data analysis tools.
