What You'll Do Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategy. Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), building and maintaining a talent pipeline for both tech and non-tech roles. Screen resumes and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. Organize and schedule interviews, providing a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers. Assist in employer branding activities, including creating LinkedIn posts and other content to attract talent. Manage candidate data, ensuring an organized system for tracking applicants and progress. Work closely with the People team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Monitor market trends to help adjust sourcing strategies and stay competitive in attracting top talent.公司地址:
