Software Test Engineer/軟體測試工程師

薪資範圍:65,000 ~ 90,000 TWD / month

Roles/ Responsibilities:
• Develop test plans, create test cases, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Write simple scripts to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers in requirement analysis and ensure system designs are testable.
• Analyze test results to identify bugs, assist in root cause analysis, and track issues to resolution.
• Conduct regression, performance, and stress testing to monitor system behavior after updates.
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the development of internal tools.

Required Skills:
• Programming Knowledge: Basic proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, or C++) with a willingness to learn automation tools.
• Testing Knowledge: Understanding of software testing principles, including functional, regression, and system testing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze test results, identify potential issues, and assist in root cause analysis.
• Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers and communicate clearly in a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in executing tests and documenting results to ensure the quality and reliability of the system.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Pytest, Selenium) or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience in performance testing or distributed system testing.
• Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Previous experience in testing financial trading systems, HPC projects, or other low-latency applications.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., Google Test, DocTest).
• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Other Requirement:
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is a plus.
