About the Role We’re looking for someone who thrives in a support role and takes pride in being the key player that ensures everything runs smoothly. You will be a vital part of the team, proactively ensuring that all operations are efficient and organized. What You'll Do Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including both internal and external meetings. Organize all aspects of domestic and international travel for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries. Handle a range of administrative office tasks, such as organizing documents, ordering office supplies, and processing expense reimbursements. Provide operational support for various business projects to aid the CEO team’s objectives. Maintain strong relationships with our car leasing customers by offering support and handling any unforeseen situations that may arise. Manage communications and documentation with external partners, like car dealers and insurance companies, including overseeing contracts and relevant paperwork. Collaborate with the People team to plan and organize internal events, ensuring every detail is covered for smooth execution. Collect, organize, and analyze business data to produce insightful reports that assist the CEO in decision-making.
