PM 定義使用者故事 (user story) 與思考使用者體驗。 3. PM、UI/UX 設計師、工程師一起討論執行上有沒有困難。 4. UI/UX 設計師開始繪製 user flow 與 mockup。 5. 工程師針對 mockup 討論開發細項，並進行開發。 6. 開發完成後，部署至內部測試環境 (Dev) 給 PM 與 UI/UX 進行手動測試。 7. PM 與 UI/UX 測試完畢後，部署至預備環境 (Staging) 給 stackholders 進行 UAT (user acceptance testing)。 8. UAT 通過後，部署至正式環境 (Production)。 We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer to lead the maintenance and optimization of our CI/CD processes and improve the overall architecture of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering, with a proven track record of enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance. Proficiency in C#, .NET, and AWS is essential for this role. We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer to lead the maintenance and optimization of our CI/CD processes and improve the overall architecture of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering, with a proven track record of enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance. Proficiency in C#, .NET, and AWS is essential for this role. 【工作內容】 1. Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment processes 2. Automate infrastructure management and deployment processes 3. Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing improvements as needed 4. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance workflows and system architecture 5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, conducting postmortems and implementing preventive measures 6. Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions Work with development teams to integrate C# and .NET applications into the CI/CD pipeline 7. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and security 8. Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems 【職務需求】 Languages: C# Frameworks: .NET Core Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation) CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack Version Control: Git 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2. 5+ years of experience in DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering 3. Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) 4. Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef) 5. Extensive experience with AWS services; AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification preferred 6. Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) 7. Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) 8. Proficiency in C# and .NET framework 9. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases 10. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure 11. Strong communication and collaboration skills 12.
