=== Responsibilities ===

1. Develop detailed product specifications (PM Spec) including UI/UX mockups , user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear and actionable requirements for the development team.
2. Review, investigate, and prioritize bugs regularly to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and aligned with product goals.
3. Conduct product backlog refinement, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that tasks are well-defined and prioritized effectively.
4. Lead the full product lifecycle process and SOP to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
5. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, as well as external partners to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment with business objectives.
6. Participate in Scrum development processes.

=== Qualifications ===

1. We are looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software product management, preferably within software industries.
2. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on contributions, including crafting actionable PM Specs and collaborating directly with developers for execution.
3. Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma is mandatory. Candidates must be capable of creating mockups, prototypes, and design specifications independently.
4. Comfortable working within cross-functional teams and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in communicating effectively with stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.
7. Familiar with Scrum development processes.
8. Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
9. Independent thinker with the ability to evaluate task value and prioritize effectively.
10. Ability to thrive under high-stress situations and maintain a positive attitude.
