=== Responsibilities ===

1. Develop detailed product specifications including UI/UX mockups for strategic features and user-driven enhancements, ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team.
2. Review and prioritize bugs regularly to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and aligned with product goals.
3. Conduct product backlog refinement, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that tasks are well-defined and prioritized effectively.
4. Lead the full product lifecycle process and SOP to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
5. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, as well as external partners to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment with business objectives.
6. Participate in Scrum development processes.

=== Qualifications ===

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in software industries.
2. Proven experience in leading product development from concept to launch, and continuous enhancement.
3. Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision
4. Comfortable working within cross-functional teams and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in communicating effectively with stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.
7. Familiar with Scrum development processes.
8. Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
9. Independent thinker with the ability to evaluate task value and prioritize effectively.
10. Ability to thrive under high-stress situations and maintain a positive attitude.
