The expectation for the position is to analyze and understand business requirements and identify or develop the technical solutions to meet business needs, and be involved through designing, implementing and maintenance of the systems. The position is also expected to have good collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for projects as well as provide ongoing support and maintenance for systems. Part of the role is to ensure systems are secure and compliance with regulations and standard procedures as well as involves documentation and some system operational tasks. This role requires flexibility and agility as well as strong problem-solving skills to be able to clearly identify the key business needs and complex business processes in able to understand and clearly articulate business needs to technical needs and vice versa. IDS Developer Engineer Role will need to have below skills and capabilities: • Technical Skills on Power Platform Suite of applications (includes PowerApps development, Power Automate, PowerBI, MS Sharepoint, MS Dataverse, etc.) • The developer role will include supporting Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Hong Kong, Power Platform applications. • Interacting with IDS Business Integrators from the NAPAC Hub (Taiwan, Australia, Korea, and Hong Kong) • Backup and work with another Power Platform Developer from India supporting NAPAC Hub • Support scope will include but not limited to Power Platform App Development, • Primary Key User Training, User Guide creation, Troubleshooting Issue fix, etc. • Effective English communication skills will be required, and • Good Learning Agility and Analytical skills • Good Problem Solving skills =================== Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information or related field or equivalent work experience • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms (MS Power Automate, MS PowerApps, MS PowerBI etc), Standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc). • Knowledge of relational databases, related database systems /application / coding languages (AWS Cloud, AWS DataBrew, SQL, TOAD, Python, Veeva CRM, Veeva Events, SAP HANA, etc.) • Ability to liaise with multiple functions, and strong attention to detail • Analytical and innovative thinking to achieve project and business objectives. • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to think through issues and problems in a logical manner • Detail-oriented and enthusiastic who is also focused and diligent on delivering results • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and articulation skills (written & verbal) • Strong analytical and planning skills, • Proactivity and problem-solving attitude • Team-player who can also work independently • Strong learning agility • Flexibility to perform in complex business environment • Strategic thinking ability and Strong Business acumen公司地址:
