1. Product management (Complexion/Skincare) Through product launches to achieve growth in sales and new customer recruitment aligned with annual brand target. Propose effective 360 marketing plans and competition strategies according to data analysis, market analysis and consumer insights. Execute, monitor and improve marketing plans and regularly analyze performance to achieve KPI New product forecasting and stock improvement solution 2. E-commerce marketing planning & review Co-work with EC team to implement monthly campaign for different channels (B.com/MOMO) Monthly sales performance review and report to SAPAC/REGION 3. 1.3+ years of experience in product management or related marketing professional in a fast-paced industry, preferably in beauty or FMCG 2.Experience in using GA, BI tool and CRM system 3.An analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis and data-driven marketing 4.Ability to multi-task with project management skills & work independently 5.Strong communication skills.
