• 引導和參與網頁應用程式的架構、設計和開發，從概念到部署。
• 與UI設計師、商業方案經理和產品負責人等跨職能團隊密切合作，將業務需求轉化為技術解決方案。
• 使用現代技術和框架為前後端組件開發高效且可維護的程式碼。
• 設計並實現API，以實現前後端系統之間的無縫集成。
• 創建具有響應性和用戶友好的網頁界面，提供出色的用戶體驗。
• 優化應用程式以實現最大的速度、性能和可擴展性。
• 進行程式碼審查，並向初級開發人員提供建設性的反饋，以提高程式碼質量。
• 解決並消除複雜問題，識別根本原因並實施有效的解決方案。
• 密切關注全端開發相關的行業趨勢、最佳實踐和新興技術。
• 對開發流程、工具和方法論的持續改進做出貢獻。
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must show previous work experience as a Full-Stack Developer through a well-established portfolio that demonstrates successful past projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.), is required.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar, is required.
• Must have an understanding of database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• A strong grasp of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is essential.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a must.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Possesses leadership and mentoring abilities to assist and encourage junior developers.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus.
