If you’re driven by innovation and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals, we’d love to discuss how we can create a successful future together. 【Key Responsibilities】 。Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy to effectively communicate financial and business performance to investors. 。Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other stakeholders. 。Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including preparing and delivering presentations, pitch decks, and financial reports. 。Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to provide relevant insights to investors. 。Work closely with the finance team to ensure transparent and accurate reporting of company performance. 。Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other key communications. 。Organize investor meetings, calls, and events; support roadshows and other fundraising activities as needed. 。Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements. 。Travel as required to meet with investors and attend industry events. 【Qualifications】 。Bachelor’s, Master's degree or MBA Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 。Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in investor presentations. 。5 years or above of proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related role, preferably in the tech startup environment, demonstrated success in fundraising and managing investor relationships. 。Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with investors and stakeholders. 。Financial acumen with deep understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets. 。Strategic thinker with the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 【Preferred】 。Experience in the Cloud technology company. 。CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.公司地址:
