- Provide support for software issues on the customer side.
- Perform debugging on machines.
- Collaborate with product specialists, hardware engineers, and process engineers to verify internal software handling.
- Supply accurate and detailed information to the R&D software team for support.
- Analyze customer-specific software requirements.
- Use issue tracking tools to report software issues.
- At least 1 year of extensive experience in software design and implementation using C++ in either a Windows or Linux environment.
- Experience in developing multi-tasking applications.
- Familiarity with software processes, quality assurance, version control, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor backend industry.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, or semiconductor packaging processes is an advantage.
Expertise and Methodology
- Proficiency in C++ programming within a Linux environment.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory work involving machinery and measurement technology.
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with a systematic approach.
- Proficient in English (Must).
- Fluent in Chinese communication (Must).
