- 5+ years of seasoned experience in product management, with a good grasp of methodologies and tools essential for product planning, development, and launching Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). - Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, and operations personnel, with robust project management capabilities for prioritizing and steering multiple projects concurrently towards successful completion. - Sharp analytical and problem-solving acumen, proficient in utilizing data-driven insights to steer product decisions and sculpt the product roadmap, harmonizing both user-centric and business-oriented perspectives. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the group, with business level competency in both Mandarin and English. - A strong advocate for Human-Centered Design, valuing not just the outcomes but the ethos driving our initiatives. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with our talented designers, product managers, and developers to build products that resonate with our clients and users. If you are ambitious and keen on contributing to a platform that transcends gaming to embrace a broader social engagement and business synergy, join us in crafting a digital realm that makes a meaningful impact. - Understand the user’s perspective and business requirements, validating product assumptions and translating them into executable plans. - Develop product strategy and roadmap through user research and data analysis. - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products. - Define product specifications, breaking down the development stages into clear execution plans and testing items for each stage. - Facilitate clear communication between the development team and executives to ensure alignment on product scope, objectives, and expectations, fostering a well-informed, synchronized environment throughout the product lifecycle. - Conduct data collection and case studies to refine initial ideas, designing suitable implementation methods. - Engage with all team roles, understanding diverse perspectives to ensure a smooth execution process. - Collaborate with UX/Market Researchers and Data Analysts, defining product observing indicators, and discussing A/B/n testing methodologies. - Work with Designers to consider the appropriate usage processes and information presentation, bringing out the best design project. - Discuss implementation feasibility/difficulty with Engineers. - Partner with Operations to plan and strategize the release of new features, and monitor data for efficiency post-release.
