We are looking for an SMS Business Development Representative who will contribute to our business growth by driving SMS-focused sales and working closely with the Business Development, Customer Success and Product teams. In this role, you will actively develop new business opportunities, set up meetings, and present the value of Crescendo Lab’s SMS solutions to potential clients. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, with a focus on driving adoption of our SMS offerings. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative partner who is ready to join a passionate, product-driven team. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Engage with C-level executives through a consultative, customer-centric sales approach. Understand complex customer challenges and educate prospects on the value of Crescendo Lab’s SMS solution to solve their business needs. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize strategic target accounts. Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive growth. Lead demand generation campaigns from planning through execution. Sales Cycle Engagement: Take part in all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, to ensure smooth pipeline progression and maximize outcomes. Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing a high-quality pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue. Product Expertise: Become an expert in SMS marketing solutions and Crescendo Lab’s full product suite. Build trusted relationships with prospects by providing tailored insights and recommendations based on their specific needs.
