Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our team and take on the code review role. You will leverage your expertise in Python, cloud services like Firebase, and mobile application development to guide our team in building scalable and robust solutions. This role involves working on both web and mobile platforms, ensuring smooth integration across services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
  • Mentor and lead the development, conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members including product manager and designer to define project scope and technical requirements.
  • Make architectural decisions and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Full Stack Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python for back-end services.
  • Implement and manage backend-as-a-service (BaaS) solutions, such as Firebase, to streamline backend development.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with cloud services, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Work on front-end development using modern frameworks like React, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
• Mobile Application Development:
  • Contribute to mobile app development, particularly on iOS, with an understanding of Swift.
  • Ensure seamless integration between mobile applications and backend services.
  • Optimize mobile apps for performance and user experience across various devices.
• Cloud and DevOps Management:
  • Set up, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth and efficient deployment processes.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure scalability of infrastructure to meet growing user demands.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in full stack and mobile application development.
  • Proven experience in leading small teams or projects.
  • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Python for backend development.
  • Experience with BaaS platforms like Firebase, AWS Amplify, or similar services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, especially AWS, including deployment, scaling, and security.
  • Experience with mobile application development, particularly for iOS (Swift or Objective-C).
  • Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
