【Responsibilities】
- Design and maintain the organization's infrastructure, including server, network, and storage systems
- Provide technical support to customers through a ticketing system
- Administer Linux and Windows systems for various applications and services
- Deploy and configure new infrastructure for projects and expansions, including servers, operating systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., hypervisors, storage)
- Perform regular maintenance on the existing infrastructure, such as OS patching, platform upgrades, and storage management
- Create and deploy OS templates, application frameworks, and containerized environments
- Collaborate with the development team to implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code
- Automate manual tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reliability
- Analyze system metrics and logs to proactively identify and address potential issues
- Participate in incident response and resolution to ensure high availability and performance
【Required Skills】
- Proficient in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.)
- Experienced in Windows system administration (Windows 2019, 2016, 2012 R2)
- Strong understanding of networking and TCP/IP, including Cisco routers and switches
- Experience in secure data center environment
- Can perform off-hours change management tasks
- Experience with cloud virtualization/hypervisor technologies (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Familiarity with software-defined storage technologies (Ceph, ZFS, NFS, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud orchestrator platforms (CloudStack, OpenStack, Proxmox)
- Experience with Linux application frameworks (LAMP stack, CMS like WordPress, hosting control panels like cPanel, DirectAdmin)
- Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and container
