Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI model training with at least five years of hands-on experience. Proficiency in PyTorch and experience with diffusion model training will be considered a significant plus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development and Training: Design, develop, and train machine learning models using advanced AI techniques. Focus on improving model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Data Preparation: Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and augmentation to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• Algorithm Optimization: Optimize and fine-tune algorithms to improve performance, reduce latency, and enhance overall model robustness.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in the areas of diffusion models and other cutting-edge methodologies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into applications and services.
• Evaluation and Testing: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy in real-world scenarios.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of models, algorithms, and processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI model training and development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in PyTorch and other relevant AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
  • Experience with diffusion models and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with other AI frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, etc.) is a plus.
  • Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with software development best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and contribute to the success of the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (ex: AWS) for deploying and scaling AI models.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative coding practices.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Understanding of 3D modeling and its applications.
